Welcome! I’m Rob Scoines, an independent general builder based in Barnstaple, Devon. With a strong passion for the practical side of construction, I’ve dedicated my career to transforming both the interior and exterior of people’s homes. I believe that every project is an opportunity to create something special, and I take great pride in the work I do. Whether you need a small renovation or a large extension, I’m here to help.
As a Devon-born builder with deep roots in North Devon, I have a profound appreciation for the stunning countryside and traditional buildings in the area. I understand the local architecture and want to preserve its character while enhancing the beauty of your home.
Trust is paramount in this industry, and I pride myself on being a reliable and trustworthy builder. When you entrust your project to me, you can rest assured that I’ll treat your home as if it were my own.
While I operate as a one-man business, I know that sometimes projects require a little extra support. When needed, I can call upon a trusted network of local tradesmen. Together, we ensure that your project reaches its full potential, completed to the highest standards.
If you’re looking for a dedicated builder who genuinely cares about the quality of workmanship, look no further. Get in touch to discuss your project.
